A George III mahogany bow fronted chest of drawers having a satinwood crossbanded ebony strung edge to the well figured top above a series of three short above three long graduated drawers with brass ring drop handles with punched backplates and geometric ebony stringing to each cockbeaded drawer front with shaped apron beneath and standing on splayed bracket feet. Height 38ins., width 45ins., depth 23ins. (see illustration)
