A George II oak and elm mule chest, dated 1752, the planked rectangular hinged top above two fielded panels between a central panel initialled MG and date, raised above two short drawers with turned wood handles on a shaped stepped base with later ceramic castors, height 78cm x width 122cm x diameter 49cm, 30 1/2 inches x 48 inches x 19 1/2 inches.
