A Dutch brass tobacco box, circa 1740's, one side engraved with William IV of Orange, the other with Princess Anne of Orange with her child. the copper sides with hunting scenes, 6.25 ins. It seems likely that this box was made in 1748 to commemorate the birth of a child to the monarch and his consort. Anne was a daughter of George II of England. £200-300
