A DOME WORKSPLATE "Officine Meccaniche E Navali Di Napoli No. 22. Napoli-1921". As carried by the Italian State Railways standard gauge Class 740 2-8-0 No.740.354. One of the larger classes of Italian locomotive, 470 being built between 1911 and 1923. They were used on freight and mixed traffic. Quite a few survive, some serviceable, stored in sheds. Rectangular cast convex brass, 14"x16 1/2", unrestored.
