<B>A CHEYENNE BEADED HIDE BOWCASE AND QUIVER<BR></B></I><BR>c. 1885<BR> <BR>sinew sewn and lane-stitched in pink, white, red, and two shades of blue beads, each end decorated with geometric elements and hide fringe; wood bow and two arrows enclosed<BR><I><BR>Length: 39 inches excluding fringe</B></I> <B>Condition Report:</B> Overall condition very good. Hide with light soiling and usual wear and approx. 2 holes of 1/8" diam. and approx. 10 small puncture holes. Approx. 5 native repairs, largest 2 1/2" long. Beadwork intact. Fringe intact. Wood bow with surface scratches and knicks repatinated. One tip point chipped off and cracked.
