A BR(M) maroon enamel STATION DIRECTION sign “MANSFIELD TOWN STATION” with a feathered directional arrow and “British Railways” totem motif. Flanged, 28”x13”. A couple of very tiny blemishes only. Opened as “Mansfield” in 1872, this station was renamed in 1952 and closed in 1964.
