A 19th century Staffordshire four part novelty condiment set, each piece modelled as a country gentleman wearing yellow breeches, burnt orange top coat, purple/pink waistcoat and green cravat, holding a tankard of ale in his right hand and standing on a circular base with blue transfer printed decoration, each gentleman wears a different type of hat which is also decorated with blue transfer printed motifs; the set comprises an open salt, a pepper pot, a mustard and an oil bottle, hightest 6.25" (16cms) (s.d.). £100 - 150
