A 1854 pattern foot guards picquet weight sword, straight blade with central fuller, scroll engraving with crown ERV11 and badge of the Scots guards, nickel plated Gothic hilt with Regimental badge of the Scots Guards in cartouche, solid pomel with checkered backstrap, sharkskin grip, complete in it's steel scabbard with two hanging rings, scabbard with slight pitting, otherwise V G blade length 83cm 32 inches overall length 100cm 39 1/2 inches. £110-140
