INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF DOOM (1984) - Roasted Pig and Piglets Banquet Dish from Deleted Scene - A roasted pig and piglets banquet dish from Steven Spielberg's Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Though the dish was seen only briefly in the background of the final cut of the Pankot Palace banquet scene, a deleted sequence featured Willie Scott (Kate Capshaw) being offered the suckling pig and her piglets.

This lot consists of a resin-skinned urethane foam roasted pig with resin tusks, production-made cuts on its neck, shoulders, and haunches, and synthetic black fur punched along the body; nine molded rubber piglets; and a large metal salver with circular patterns along the rim and copper-color piping screwed to the center. While the animals were at one time taped to the salver, they have since come loose, leaving adhesive and tape residue throughout the lot. It also exhibits missing chunks of foam, flaking paint, and cracking throughout from age and production use. Dimensions: (displayed) 48.5" x 29.5" x 16" (123.25 cm x 75 cm x 40.75 cm)

Estimate: $1,000 - 2,000
