<B>(1858) 1C Small Letters Flying Eagle Cent--85% Off Center--AU58 PCGS.</B></I> Struck far off center toward 6 o'clock. The obverse displays the partial legend ATES O. The reverse shows the ribbon ends of the wreath. The small letters in TES confirm the date as 1858, since the 1856 and 1857 issues are from Large Letters hubs.
