Very rare!. There are no other similar silver articles that we could locate for reference, except a few silver objects exhibited at the Shanghai Museum, we visited recently. The pieces exhibited were discovered in an archeological digging done in the last 15 years on a site where a Buddhist temple colapsed. The silver objects found were attributed as dating to Tang period. This is a museum piece and extremely rare. Estimated value: $5000.
