TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUCTION<BR><BR>
By obtaining a bidder’s number and purchasing items at this auction I agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions
of this auction whether or not I have read them or understand them.<BR><BR>
1. All items sold “as is” with all faults. Care has been taken to describe defects in items but the ultimate decision as to condition
belongs to the buyer. No warranty of items is expressed or implied. All statements day of sale take precedence over
any catalog or written descriptions. Please take time to inspect items as all sales are final.<BR><BR>
2. Bidders will be required to register with a drivers license. Indendi Auction Sales will record such information. Information
is used to identify bidder and in case of non-payment or insufficient payment. Persons refusing to provide a driver’s license
will not be allowed to bid. Cash buyers must also provide this information and all such information will be held in confidentiality.<BR><BR>
3. Bidders unknown to Indendi Auction Sales should pay by cash or credit card or provide a bank letter of credit authorizing
payment to a certain spending level made out to Indendi Auction Sales. Major credit cards will be accepted at this auction
with a 4 percent convenience fee.<BR><BR>
4. All online bidders will be required to register with a valid credit card. Payment will be applied to the card after the auction
unless other payment arrangements are made. Online bidders will be subject to a 12 percent buyers premium. No
taxes will be applied as there is no sales tax in Montana. Indendi Auction Sales assumes no responsibility for successful execution
of internet or telephone bids. (Telephone bids accepted with credit card number guarantee)<BR><BR>
5. High bidder will be declared the buyer. In case of a disputed bid, auctioneer will have final say as to whether item should
be resold or not. Items with reserve will not be sold unless reserve is met.<BR><BR>
6. Ownership passes upon fall of auctioneers gavel or saying “sold” and identifying the bidder. If an item sold cannot be delivered
after the sale for any reason, including, theft or breakage, then the sale will be canceled and monies returned, without
any liability on the part of Indendi Auction Sales.<BR><BR>
7. All items must be paid for before removal from the auction site. All items must be removed by the end of second auction
day. Items left that must be transported by Indendi Auction Sales will be subject to hauling and storage fees and Indendi
Auction Sales cannot be held liable for damage from such moving.<BR><BR>
8. Indendi Auction Sales are not shippers and can not ship to you. Please make arrangement through a third party shipper.
