Here is a old hand blown tooled top, Whisky Fifth put out by the H.B. Co. (Hudson Bay Company)

It is made of Amythyst Glass, and has a sun colored slight purple tint.

A somewhat crude example, with plenty of stain to frustrated the particular collector, and a pretty large surface flake on the top, likely from a ice pick, often used to remove the cork.
Lip is also a bit mis-shapened, the entire neck is canted as well off the shoulders.

You can see from the pictures, it is what it is. But a tough bottle to locate and worthy of any early development of the North West Collection.

One of the few oldest still surviving companies on the planet.

This bottle is pre-prohibition, perhaps even 1890s or thereabouts, the major damage is the stains and the ice pick surface damage on the top lip. Stands 12 inches in height. It would be an excellent candidate for tumbling to polish it up.

A toughie.
