62 Authentic Ancient Prehistoric Flint Arrow Points. These were found in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas. They date from the Archaic Period (8000-1000 BC) to the Woodland Period (1000 BC-1000 AD). They are displayed in a Wood Frame with No Glass that measures 26.25" Tall x 20.25" Wide. In Northeast Texas arrowheads were primarily used by prehistoric Native Americans for hunting, fishing, and warfare. These stone tools were essential for survival and daily life. ARROWHEADS *While these arrowheads came from an estate of a long-time collector; we as the auction company are not going to get into a protracted discussion about age and authenticity. This collector has no paperwork or COA as to age or authenticity. While we believe the vast majority; if not all to be old; we are wholly uncomfortable with an argument with qualified and unqualified, alleged authorities.
