BATTLESTAR GALACTICA (1978-1979) - Pair of Printed Joe Johnston Continental Starways Concept Artwork Dyelines - Two printed dyelines of concept artwork created by effects illustrator and designer Joe Johnston for the production of Glen A. Larson's television series Battlestar Galactica. The unified Colonial Fleet used a variety of spacecraft to travel the continental starwars between the 12 Colonies of Kobol.

These connected dyelines depict three angles of a civilian transport craft originally drawn by Johnston for the miniature and optical effects unit during pre-production but ultimately unseen in the series. One dyeline is labeled "Continental Starways" and numbered "34," while the other is labeled "Continental Starways Space Ferry," numbered "35," and printed with Johnston's signature. Both exhibit horizontal fold lines, edge wear, and light tearing. Dimensions: 12" x 18" (30.5 cm x 45.75 cm)

Sold without copyright; see copyright notice in the Buyer's Guide.

Estimate: $1,500 - 3,000
