All shipping charges are calculated at exact Canada Post rates based on actual size, weight, and destination.
The credit card on file will be automatically charged for shipping costs once items are packed and shipping has been calculated.
Buyers are responsible for understanding carrier size and weight restrictions prior to bidding.
Premier Pop Shop is not responsible for loss, delay, theft, or damage once parcels are transferred to the carrier.

1. NATURE OF AUCTION / CONDITION NOTICE
This is a mixed-consignment auction featuring a variety of goods including collectible items, general merchandise, and select inventory that may include open-box, shelf-pulled, overstock, or as-is items.
Some lots may contain items with damaged packaging, incomplete sets, display items, or minor imperfections. Where applicable, these conditions will be noted in the item description and or clearly visible in the photo.
By bidding, the bidder acknowledges and accepts that condition may vary between lots and agrees to rely on their own judgment prior to bidding.
2. CONDITION OF GOODS – AS IS / WHERE IS
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults and without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
No representations are made regarding condition, completeness, functionality, packaging, authenticity, or value unless explicitly stated in the listing.
3. ALL SALES FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
Once an item is sold, full responsibility transfers to the buyer.
4. REGISTRATION & BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY
All bidder registration information must be accurate, current, and complete.
By registering, bidders confirm they are legally able to enter into binding purchase agreements and have sufficient funds available prior to bidding.
A valid credit card is required for all registrations.
5. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAXES
An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the hammer price of all lots purchased.
Applicable GST and PST will be charged on all invoices in accordance with Canadian tax law.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice issuance.
If payment is not received or arranged within 24 hours, the credit card on file will be charged automatically without further notice.

7. INTERNET BIDDING RISK

8. BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & BID BINDING
All bids are legally binding and may not be retracted.
Absentee and proxy bids will be executed during live bidding. In the event of identical bids, priority may be given to absentee or proxy bids at auction discretion.
9. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & ERRORS
All descriptions, images, and catalogue information are provided as a guide only.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors or omissions may occur. No sale shall be invalidated due to description errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

10. HIGH-VALUE / LUXURY ITEMS DISCLAIMER
High-value or luxury items (including handbags, watches, clothing, and accessories) are sold without authentication unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. MIXED & ASSORTED LOTS
Some lots may contain multiple items of the same model or category. Contents may include new, open-box, display, or mixed-condition items.
Variations in size, colour, or model may occur. No exchanges will be permitted due to buyer error or expectation mismatch.
12. SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to Canada, the United States, and Europe.

14. NON-PAYMENT / ABANDONMENT
Unpaid invoices or unclaimed items may be forfeited, cancelled, resold, or disposed of after the payment window expires without notice.
15. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By registering, bidders consent to receive auction-related communications from Premier Pop Shop.
16. FINAL AGREEMENT
By registering for, bidding in, or participating in this auction, bidders confirm full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Participation constitutes a binding legal agreement.
