Closing. Financing may be made available for the Auction, subject to credit approval, satisfaction of the lender’s requirements and execution of all documentation acceptable to Seller and the lender. The Auction lender(s) may not provide financing on all Properties. Potential financing information will be made available online at www.Mluxexchange.com. It is highly recommended that you pre-qualify to expedite the closing process. NO financing contingency shall be applicable to any Properties in the auction. Bidders are advised to review the Purchase Agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding financing and Winning Bidder’s default. Other loan fees may apply. Availability of loan programs on selected Properties may be limited and may require a greater down payment. Sellers will not provide any concessions for VA, FHA, Bond assisted, City assisted, First Time Buyer or other special financing programs.
