The withdrawal serves as culmination of a period in British history kicked off by a referendum on 23 June 2016 which was followed by the country triggering Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty on 29 March 2017. A special 50p coin was produced to celebrate Brexit.

The winning bidder agrees to pay a buyers premium of 33.5% on the hammer price. Plus Icollector 3% commission to Kristen Leigh auctions limited
The below information sets out the terms and conditions of auction:
1. All customers have the right to view any lot via appointment in advance of the auction and additionally make enquiries about any lot as to any provenance we may have. All lots are at least second hand and aren’t brand new. The U.K. sale of goods act 1979 and The U.K. consumer rights act 2015 doesn’t apply to our auctions.
2. Kristen Leighs auctions limited has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchant-ability of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding by appointment only. Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as desired, or that you have chosen not to examine them. Kristen Leighs auctions limited shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement, does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear, imperfections or aging. Any condition statement written or verbal is given as a courtesy to the client, and is only an opinion. It should not be treated as a statement of fact. Written and oral descriptions are statement of opinion and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Kristen Leighs auctions limited goal is to provide prospective bidders with accurate and detailed information. Kristen Leighs auctions limited recommends prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity and the results of your evaultion leave uncertainty in your mind, it is recommended you do not bid on the item in question. Estimates provided are an opinion as to the price that a willing buyer would pay for the property at auction. These estimates are neither a representation nor a prediction of the actual selling price that will be realised at auction. All sales are final. No statement written or oral made by the auctioneer shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by Kristen Leighs auctions limited or by any seller represented by Kristen Leighs auctions limited. Kristen Leighs auctions limited acts merely as an agent. The contract of sale is between the cosigner and buyer. Kristen Leighs auctions limited holds no responsibility as to authenticity or condition of items.
2. The auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the succesful bidder. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer shall at his discretion decide whether or not to reopen the bidding. If an item is withdrawn from auction it will be offered again at the auctioneers discretion. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the succesful bidder at the fall of the auctioneers hammer. The purchaser shall assume full responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. All lots in the catalogue are subject to a reserve, of which the amount is confidental between Kristen Leighs auctions limited and the consigner. We reserve the right to bid up to the amount of reserve by placing successive or consecutive bids for a lot, or bid in response to other bidders.
POSTAGE:
3.The auction house has at any time the right to void the sale before any lots are shipped and will refund all monies paid within a reasonable amount of time normally within 2 weeks
SHIPPING.
A sihipping quote is provided by Kristen Leighs auctions limited and our
invoices automatically includes tracking, which can be tracked on your end to your address. Insurance isn't included and can be added at an extra cost by contacting us. Please note glass in frames isn't covered by insurance and can be replaced for perspex if need be.
4. In bidding on any lot offered, the bidder indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Title of each lot passes when the auctioneer or screen indicates sold. The bidder is responsible for knowing on which item he/she is bidding. If unsure the bidder should inquire or not bid. When becoming the winning bidder at auction, you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder.
All autographed lots (Excluding signed photos) over the value of £150 will include a third party certificate of authenticity. A certificate of authenticity is an opinion expressed by a company as to it being genuine. We welcome all bidders to do their own research before bidding, and to ask questions before bidding as the winner of a lot will enter into a legally binding contract to pay for the lot. We give no opinion of a condition of a lot, as this is subjected, however any faults will be indictated. All items are sold as seen. If we ever agree to a return an issue of payment will be issued minus 3% Icollector's fees, and 2.5 percent IZettle's fee's, no refund will be given on postage, and lots are to be returned at the cost of the buyer before payment is given back. No refund on any custom fees will be issued.
