Leg: HISPANIARVM. REX. 1607. <B>NGC graded MS-62.</B> <BR><BR>Philip III really attempted to improve the deteriorating position of Spain. He did make peace with England and the Netherlands, yet Spain continued to decline. His total expulsion of the Moors, hailed as a great step in the establishment of Catholic purity, actually greatly weakened the country.
