All shipping will be done after payment has been received. Some items can take as long as 2 weeks to receive. Each buyer will receive two invoices one for original purchases one for shipping. All shipping charges will be billed to the credit card provided when signing up for the auction. No other methods of payment will be excepted for shipping charges.
Payment Details:
Your credit card will be billed 24 to 48 hours after auction close. If you wish to pay with an alternative method of payment, arrangements must be made prior to the start of the auction. All forms of payment other than credit cards must be received 5 days after auction close. NO EXCEPTIONS! Only Bank or U.S. Postal money orders will be accepted.

The conditions set forth below constitute the terms and conditions on which all property is offered for sale. Bidding at auction, absentee bid or ICollector, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms. Your bid is a contract.
Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to the sale. A bidder number will be issued by the system when signing up for a specific auction. All items are sold to the highest bidder as acknowledged by the auctioneer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid; to advance the bidding at his discretion; and, in the event of a dispute between two bidders, determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. Should there be any dispute after the sale the record of final sale shall be conclusive. All sales are final.
Absentee bids will be executed as a convenience to the customer; however, the auction house will not be responsible for any errors or failure to execute bids. All bids are subject to a buyers premium of 18%. Prospective absentee bidders should consult the bid increment scale to ensure their bids conform to our printed bidding increments. All auction sales and telephone bidding are recorded. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot before or at the sale. Some items offered may be subject to a reserve, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold.
An 18% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold. Buyers are required to pay sales tax on the total sales price, including the buyer's premium. All purchases are subject to the New York State Sales Tax of 8 1/8% (8.125) unless the purchaser possesses a Tax Exemption Number or an out of state tax number. Request NYS form ST-120 must be completed and kept on file. Please call prior to sale to have your sales tax number recorded by the auction house.
The purchaser is legally responsible for payment. Payments will be charged to the credit card on file within 24 to 48 hours after auction close. If you do not wish to have your credit card charged arrangements must be made prior to auction registration. Call the auction house at 845-457-5994 to discuss your method of payment. Payments accepted are cash (In House Only), Cashier's check, Bank or Postal Money orders, Credit Cards and PayPal. Payments by MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, or PayPal is limited to a maximum of $5000 per auction with balances over that amount ($5000) to be paid in cash or certified funds. (NO EXCEPTIONS) The auction house reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. When paying by check, checks must be dated and bankable on day of purchase. CHECKS WILL NOT BE HELD FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME. Persons who made prior arrangements to pay other than credit cards have 5 days to pay for the auction purchase. Payment must be made within 5 days after auction close.
A service charge of 1.5% will be added each month to unpaid balances beginning thirty (30) days after the sale date. Failure to complete payment within the time allocated may result in legal proceedings and most definitely will result in no-issuance of a bidding number in the future. A $50 fee will be added for returned checks. If a check fails to clear after the second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred during the collection process, i.e., legal and bank fees.
Detailed condition reports are not included in our auctions. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to examine lots if you have any questions contact the auction to determine your lever of interest. Any condition report given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All counts, weights and measurements are approximate. In-house shipping is done as a courtesy to buyer's on items that are small and do not exceed 30" in any direction or exceed the capabilities of our shipping department. **OUR IN-HOUSE SHIPPER MAINTAINS THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICES ON ANY LOT** If there is any question please contact the auction before placing a bid. SHIPPING Packaging and handling of purchased lots is at the risk and expense to the purchaser. STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY IS THAT PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE ANY PACKING/SHIPPING WILL BE DONE, CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. THE AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING COSTS. As a service to the purchaser, Diamond Jewel’s will arrange in-house packing, shipping and insurance, on items that do not exceed 30" in any direction. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE. ALL ITEMS PACKED AND SHIPPED THOUGH THE AUCTIONS
IN-HOUSE SHIPPING AGENT IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE.
All expenses incurred must be paid for by the purchaser.. Returns will NOT be accepted as a result of packing/shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for choosing a shipper in the event of any act and/or omissions in packing. We do not assume responsibility for damages. Regardless of shipping method, auction house must have received cleared funds to release property. Shipping may take up to Two weeks after payment is received. We generally ship via USPS fully insured. We handle and package items in the order of payment receipt, our shipping department will contact you via email after your item has been prepared for shipment and all costs calculated. Please keep in mind that sometimes the cost of packaging and shipping may exceed the actual cost of the item, we do our best to be fair. The seller shall assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for damage or loss by the shipper, i.e. USPS If a loss or damage should occur during shipment, it is incumbent upon the buyer to file for recovery of any losses incurred. Under no circumstances can the claim exceed the hammer price (not including the buyer's premium). PLEASE NOTE: Shippers refuse to acknowledge the buyer's premium as a requisite part of the sale amount.
Returns are generally not accepted, as stated "all sales final". Under special circumstances returns may be accepted, if it is determined by the Auction house. If the auction decides under special circumstance to take back an item Note: SHIPPING CHARGES AND BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ON ANY RETURN.
