Amsterdam: Georgio Gallet, 1699. 16mo (6 1/8 x 4 1/2 in.). Vols. II and III only. Full vellum with gilt red leather labels to spines, marbled endpapers, all edges stained. Good. Vellum darkened/soiled; foxing/toning. Vol. II may have illustrations removed between pp. 308-309 and pp. 118-119. Vol. III more toning, and dampstaining. Modena: The Societa Tipografica di Modena, 1772. 4to (12 5/8 x 9 1/8 in.). Half vellum and marbled paper boards, handwritten title on spine. Fair. Spine darkened/soiled, with a few red and black ink stains; marbled paper rubbed; edges worn and bumped, with the top of the boards very frayed. Toning and foxing. Two institutional(?) stamps on title page, previous owner's bookplate on pastedown, and also a label for Ernest Thorin, Libraire du College de France, Paris.
