4 Shot, Center Hammer Flintlock “duck foot” pistol signed “Archer, London”. The barrel group is cleverly made and a good copy. These duck foot pistols were desirable and many copies were made in Europe before the2nd World War which was mentioned in the writings of F. Theodore Dexter. We believe this to be a 50 year plus old copy using an original single barrel pocket Flint by Archer. The pistol shows aging and pittingand appears authentic and would be good for a display. The grips are in good condition. The pistol measures 9” overall with 4” barrel group of approx 45 cal false rifled. From an old N.Y. collector’s estate.Est.;$600-$1,200.

Buyer pays actual costs of packing, materials, shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
