<B>Four Vintage J. F. Jarvis Cabinet Cards of Government Buildings.</B></I> A group of four cabinet cards, 6.5" x 4.25", published by J.F. Jarvis, Washington, D.C., including views of Mt. Vernon, the White House, Treasury building, and Agriculture Department. On the reverse of each card is written "<I>Comp's John H. Starin</B></I>". John Henry Starin was a New York Representative who served from 1877-1881. All images are clear and sharp with the exception of the image of the Agricultural Building which has faded.
