We end our journey in time were fashion had no bounds, the 1920's. She cut her hair short and shaped her lips in a cupid's bow with bright red lipstick. She flattened her figure for a boyish look, wore her waistline on her hips and her skirt shockingly short, and for the first time in fashion history revealed her legs, she was known as the Flapper. * * We are offering a very large collection of Barbie dolls that have never been opened, which came from an estate in Colorado. This wonderful collection contains hundreds of different dolls, dating back to 1962. This special collection of dolls and accessories were collected as a series and were completed over a period of 20 years. All of the items are in pristine condition and mint in box. Entire Agreement; Waiver. This Agreement, including the Universal’s User Agreement and all exhibits and other documents are incorporated herein by reference, set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersede any and all other written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event of an inconsistency between this Agreement and any other document, which is part of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, Universal Collectibles, Universal B&I or Universal Live Auctions may amend this Agreement (including any incorporated documents) by posting the amended terms on any Universal site, emailing notice of the amendment to the Buyer, or otherwise communicating such amendment to the Buyer. Each amendment will be effective immediately after it is initially posted on any Universal site, emailed to the Buyer, or otherwise communicated to the Buyer. The waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate or be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. The laws of the State of Illinois shall govern this Agreement and all transactions with Universal Collectibles, Universal B&I and Universal Live Auctions. REV. 2008-01
