Matted and framed to 13-1/2" x 17", this typed letter on "Finnish relief Fund, Inc." letterhead is dated April 8, 1940 from former President Herbert Hoover to Yankees HOF catcher Bill Dickey. Content regards and All-Star Game played for the Fund. Signed in blue fountain pen by Hoover, letter appears to be EXMT with two folds from mailing, signature is large and grades a 9. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
