If the buyer fails to make payment within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the auction and re provide the goods, and will make the bidder liable for any loss or other expenses or damages caused thereby (the buyer is required to pay 15% of the hammer price of the payment as penalty). Ownership is transferred only when global heritage Auction Co., Ltd. receives the full payment and related fees.
