STAR TREK: GENERATIONS (1994) - Captain Jean-Luc Picard's (Patrick Stewart) Screen-Matched Starfleet Command Costume - Captain Jean-Luc Picard's (Patrick Stewart) screen-matched Starfleet command costume from David Carson's Star Trek Generations. Picard changed into his updated red-shouldered uniform before meeting with Guinan (Whoopi Goldberg) about Tolian Soran (Malcolm McDowell) and continued to wear it throughout the film. A small deformation where the yoke meets the body of the jumpsuit screen-matches this particular costume to the scene with Picard in Stellar Cartography with Data (Brent Spiner).

Generations served as a passing of the torch from the original Enterprise crew that starred in the first six films to the Next Generation crew; this being the first of the Next Generation era theatrical films following the end of the television series. The film was nominated for two Saturn Awards and a Hugo, and led to three more Next Generation films.

This costume consists of a black wool-blend zip-front jumpsuit with red command-division shoulders, a gold- and silver-color resin combadge attached to the left chest, and a blue-gray sleeveless zip-back mock-turtleneck undershirt with padding on the chest and shoulders to simulate musculature. Both elements feature sewn-in "Star Trek VII" tags marked "Patrick Stewart," with the jumpsuit featuring an additional "Deep Space Nine" tag marked "Bridge" as the jumpsuit was used for that series as well. The undershirt exhibits some discoloration from use and age, and the jumpsuit exhibits some small tears that were repaired with black thread.

Estimate: $25,000 - 50,000
