Preview takes place at the auction location from 5PM-8PM on the day preceding the auction sale date; preview also takes place from 9AM-SALE START on the day of the auction.

17% buyers premium will be added to the subtotal of; winning bid amount, plus, 5% GST & 7% PST.

The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. We do not ship to local addresses. Please contact us promptly after the sale if you require any shipping.
The shipping process will begin once all payments are finalized. Please allow 3-6 weeks for shipping.

Small items will be shipped UPS; a tracking number will be provided.
Large freight items will be shipped DHL; a tracking number will be provided.
Payment Details:
All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obligated to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of winning notification email.
We DO NOT accept visa or MasterCard over the phone or internet. If you cannot come to our location in Abbotsford, you may pay by wire transfer or PayPal.
If you are a new bidder who has not registered at our location, we require a $50 deposit, and will use your credit card for this purpose. At the end of the night this deposit is voided and the funds returned to your card. Once we have received a deposit, you will be entered into our system and no longer require the deposit for future sales.
