3 Original Acrylic Bird Paintings by Kills Thunder, includes: Two 8'' x 10'' and one 16'' x 20'', all 3 are signed, includes: Nokomis, Cholena, and Kewanee, Artist Bio: Kathleen Kills Thunder (her legal name) was born in 1947 in Seattle, WA. Her father, Ben Kills Thunder, was a Sioux Indian from the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in NE Montana. Her mother was Spanish/Irish. Kathy grew up shuttling back and forth between Seattle and the Colville Indian Reservation in NE Washington. Kathy has been painting and beading since she was six. She uses a bright color palette and prodigious imagination in creating her painted and beaded work. Kathy currently lives in SE Arizona and raises buffalo when she is not pursuing her artistic endeavors.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts.

In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute.
