Offered here is a charming pair of mid-20th century molded plastic boxes in a pale ivory tone, both showcasing unique thematic and decorative appeal. The larger box is a vintage advertising premium for Johnston Candies and Chocolate, marked "Cameo" and "Milwaukee, New York." It features an elegant high-relief classical cameo portrait on the lid and finely molded Art Deco-inspired border details. The surface is inscribed with product branding, including weight designation ("One Pound") and ingredients along the lower edge. This hinged box likely served as a candy container and retains a fitted wooden liner inside.

Accompanying it is a religious-themed molded plastic box with raised cross and radiating sunburst design on the sides, further embellished with textured patterns and Christian iconography including "IHS" symbols on the ends. This smaller box has the appearance of a miniature chest or reliquary, ideal as a devotional item or keepsake holder.

Both boxes are made of a material mimicking celluloid and exhibit a smooth, marbled finish. The lids are hinged (the candy box with a pin-style hinge), and both pieces are free of cracks or major damage, showing only minor age-appropriate wear and subtle surface spotting typical of vintage plastic. An excellent pairing for collectors of vintage advertising, religious ephemera, or early plastics. Larger box measures 8.5"L x 5"W x 2"H.
