<B>26th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry Soldier's Stencil.</B></I> 2.75” x 1.25”, metal, in fine condition. This personalized stencil is marked “C. O. Webster / 26th. Mass. Vol. / Co. I.” Webster, a resident of Methuen, Massachusetts, and shoemaker by trade, enlisted in the Union army on September 20, 1861 and mustered out on October 17, 1864.
