BATMAN (1989) - Production-Made Batman's (Michael Keaton) Batsuit Components with Replica Emblem - A display of Batman's (Michael Keaton) batsuit components from the production of Tim Burton's Batman with a replica chest emblem. Bruce Wayne wore his signature Batsuit as the masked vigilante of Gotham City throughout the film.

This lot consists of black foam latex back, forearm, thigh, and calf armor castings, all of which are back-ups made for production but ultimately unused in the final cut; production-made, muscular foam latex chest armor with a Batman symbol hand-drawn and signed in silver-color marker by executive producer Michael Uslan; and a cast resin chest emblem replica featuring a bat symbol with the three-point tail design unique to the first film. The components come mounted to a black latex zip-back bodysuit replica dressed on a 3D-printed mannequin for structure and display.

While the foam latex elements of this lot are in exceptionally good condition compared to other examples found today, they still exhibit visible cracking, staining, and splitting throughout, with holes in the shoulder and left leg as well as tears around the edges and near the zipper. It remains fragile from age and should be handled with caution. Dimensions: 36" x 12" x 63" (91.5 cm x 30.5 cm x 160 cm)

Special shipping required; see notice in the Buyer's Guide.

Estimate: $10,000 - 20,000
