Our Assessment: In 1989, Colt and Western Hoegee of Glendale, California entered a joint venture and released the King Cobra CCL, a limited edition 2.5" King Cobra which had never been released by Colt before. Just 250 (expressed as CCL in Roman numerals) of these special edition .357 revolvers were produced and were destined to become collector’s items. Those familiar with the Serpent line understand the accuracy these revolvers are capable of, this one should prove to be no different. Given the limited quantity produced, these are sure to continue appreciating in value! A quadruple Rarity; 2.5" barrel, matching box, 99% condition, and King Cobra limited edition. Wow!
