23 Prehistoric Flint Bird Point ARROWHEADS. They were made by Native American Indians and used for hunting and warfare. These Arrowheads were found in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas. They date from the Archaic Period (8000-1000 BC) to the Woodland Period (1000 BC - 1000 AD). They are displayed in a Glass and Wood Frame that measures 24" Tall x 20" Wide. COLLECTIBLE ANCIENT INDIAN ARTIFACTS AND ARROWHEADS *While these arrowheads came from an estate of a long-time collector; we as the auction company are not going to get into a protracted discussion about age and authenticity. This collector has no paperwork or COA as to age or authenticity. While we believe the vast majority; if not all to be old; we are wholly uncomfortable with an argument with qualified and unqualified, alleged authorities. All of that to say; we are not guaranteeing age or authenticity*
