The Colt John M. Browning Commemorative 1911 semi-automatic pistol, .45 ACP caliber, Serial #CJMBC1990. The pistol has gold inlay and embellishment on the slide commemorating the 1911 Government Model and the over3,000,000 produced to that point. The frame is marked, “1911-1981” on the right side. The checkered wood diamond grips are in very good condition showing little use. The magazine is correct with a lanyard ring,additionally, there is a lanyard ring at the base of the back strap. The pistol is cased in a factory hardwood case with blue velvet lining with an etched plate on top. The case is in very good condition with lightscratches on the exterior and sharp interior.
