Colt 1862 Police percussion revolver, .36 caliber, Serial #56297, cased with accessories remaining in fine original condition. The 4” barrel retains 75%-80% plus original bright and inky blue with somedrifting and toning. The cylinder matches the barrel finish with an index line and some light erosion. The frame shows 95% plus fiery case colors and the hammer and lever show 85%-95% case colors. Most of the originaltoned silver is retained on the straps. The grips show 85%-90% varnish with minor losses at the edges and slight scratches and dents. The original brown colored velveteen lining is good to very good with some impressions,fading and fraying at the contact points. A .36 caliber mold with 45-50% muted blue is included along with "E Pluribus Unum" eagle flask with traces of varnish and minor dents. Wrench and cap tin are also included. Theexterior of the case is very good with some scratches and normal aging. A nice set from a local estate. Est.: $3,000-$6,000. (Antique).

Buyer pays all shipping including packaging, insurance 2% of invoice shipping and all duties and all fees. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
