U.S. Smith & Wesson Model 1917 DA revolver, .45 ACP caliber, Serial #104483. The pistol is in very good condition as refinished with a 5 ½” pinned barrel. The hammer and trigger are both case hardened. There is a flamingbomb proof on the left side of the frame and an adjustable aperture sight has been added during the period of use. The replacement grips are checkered wood medallion style with the lanyard ring retained. The butt ismarked, “U.S. ARMY MODEL 1917”. The bore is fair, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp.
