Large Porcelain “Canteen” Displaying G.A.R. medal with gilt trim and on other side “88 G.A.R. Dept., PA” with matching gold borders. Approximately 21” x 15”. Stafford shire marks 1877-1886. The largest and impressiveof its type known to collectors. Advertised and fully described by Eric Vaule March 2008 in “The Gun Report Magazine” and priced $9,500.
