American Federal era sword with cast brass eagle head grip and “D” guard. Measures 32 ½” overall with a 27 ½” blued and gilt blade. Very good condition with 30%-50% original toning blue remaining and some originalbright polish. Minor pitting and normal aging with great patina on hilt and brass. Tag attached reads Tag attached reads “Former Collection of, Harry D. Berry Jr., Baltimore, MD”. Pieces of his noted collection arepictured in “The American Sword” by Harold Peterson. Nearly 1 ½” wide at the widest part. Rarely encountered and no scabbard remains. Est.: $700-$1400

Buyer pays all shipping including packaging, insurance 2% of invoice shipping and all duties and all fees. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
