Authentic decorated flanged head mace from Eastern Europe circa about 1480-1650. Measures 22” from tip to end with 5 ½” in length flanged and shaped protrusions each made separately and properly attached (NotCast). The shaft is decorated geometrics and leaves in medieval designs. The end is terminated with a “Turks Head” design similar to sword pommels. The condition is good for its age with some natural heavy pitting anderosion and very slight cleaning. Provenance Eric Vaule 1991 who identified as Eastern Europe. Est.: $4000-$8000
