Smith & Wesson Model 19-5 DA revolver, .357 Magnum caliber, Serial #ACD3072. The pistol is in fine overall condition with a 4” barrel with an orange insert ramped blade front and adjustable rear sights. The pistol retainsapproximately 95-96% of the blue finish with light handling marks from carry and use. The smooth wood combat grips are replacements in very good condition. The pistol is equipped with a “Magna-Trigger” and includes a copyof a 1996 Handguns magazine article explaining the virtues of the Magna-Trigger Safety device. The operator wears a magnetic ring which allows the action to function for the wearer. The lot includes two of themagnetic Magna rings. The bore is good and the action is crisp on this interesting pistol that was the subject of a well written article. The lot also includes the original blue and white factory box with matching end label. Est.: $400-$800. (Modern/PPT).
