Featured in this lot we have a collection of United States military awards, shell casings, and other paraphernalia originating from 1941 to 2000. The collection consists of ten pieces total; two medals, two bars, two .50 cal casings, 20mm shell case, 37mm shell and dummy round, hollowed grenade, and U.S. army pouch. The medals are a 'Six Year Service Conduct' medal and a 'Cold War Victory Commemorative' medal. The first of the two bars shows a blue, grey, and red stripped pattern with the second in colors of red, yellow, and green. The first of the .50 caliber pieces shows a bullet and casing with the sides drilled and the powder removed and the second piece shows a empty .50cal bullet casing with part of a chain system. Next we have a 20mm shell casing, the 20mm was used as either a anti vehicle cannon or mounted on helicopters or ships. next we have a 37mm cannon and dummy shell used for practice, the shell is marked across the top "Fuse Dummy M50". We have a WWII era hollowed out fragmentation grenade. And lastly we have a army pouch showing canvas construction and is marked "U.S." across the front. The collection shows good condition overall with some visible wear across the shells, grenade and pouch. The largest piece, the 37mm shell measures 10 1/4" tall with a diameter of 1 3/4".
