2021 American Silver Eagle coin minted at the San Francisco Mint, graded MS 70 by NGC. This coin features the updated Type 2 reverse design introduced in mid-2021. The obverse depicts Liberty striding confidently toward the sunrise, draped in the American flag, her right arm extended forward and her left arm carrying branches of laurel and oak. The reverse showcases a highly detailed image of a bald eagle descending with outstretched wings while clutching an oak branch in its talons, symbolizing strength and peace. The coin is inscribed with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and 1 OZ. FINE SILVER. Certified with the Emergency Production - ER label, this specimen was part of a limited production run to meet high demand during the pandemic period. Encapsulated in a tamper-evident NGC holder featuring a colorized bald eagle label. Slab: 2.25"L x 0.5"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 40mm.
