This is a 2021-S American Silver Eagle Type 1, graded MS70 by the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS). This coin is a one-ounce fine silver dollar struck at the San Francisco Mint and is part of a special T1 Emergency Issue. It has been encapsulated in a protective PCGS holder with labeling that designates its status as a Premier First Edition, individually numbered as one of only 500 produced in this exclusive run. The obverse of the coin features the historic Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman. Liberty is shown in full stride toward the sunrise, draped in the folds of the American flag. Her right arm is extended forward while her left holds branches of laurel and oak, symbolizing civil and military glory. The reverse depicts the classic heraldic eagle design by John Mercanti, featuring an eagle with shield, clutching an olive branch and arrows in its talons. Above the eagle are thirteen five-pointed stars arranged in a triangular pattern, representing the original colonies. The inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ. FINE SILVER-ONE DOLLAR, and E PLURIBUS UNUM on a flowing banner held in the eagle's beak. Slab: 2.5"L x 0.5"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 39mm.
