One-ounce 2021 American Silver Eagle bullion coin, certified and graded MS 70 by NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation), indicating a perfect Mint State condition. This First Day of Issue (FDOI) specimen features the heraldic eagle reverse design, commonly referred to as Type 1. The reverse portrays the United States coat of arms with a heraldic eagle clutching arrows and an olive branch, a shield on its chest, and a banner in its beak inscribed with E PLURIBUS UNUM, surrounded by thirteen stars representing the original colonies. The obverse bears the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman, depicting Liberty striding confidently toward the sunrise, draped in the American flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left. The coin is struck in .999 fine silver with a face value of one dollar. Encapsulated in an NGC protective holder with a certification label hand-signed by Elizabeth Jones, eleventh Chief Engraver of the United States Mint. Appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1981, Jones was the first woman to serve in this capacity. The coin is housed in a tamper-evident slab. Slab: 2.25"L x 0.5"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 39mm.
