A 2019-W American Silver Eagle one-dollar coin struck at the West Point Mint in one troy ounce of .999 fine silver, graded by NGC as Mint State 70, denoting absolute perfection with no discernible flaws even under magnification. The obverse showcases the revered Walking Liberty motif by Adolph A. Weinman, originally designed for the half dollar in 1916, depicting Liberty gracefully striding toward the horizon enveloped in the flowing folds of the American flag, carrying branches of oak and laurel in her left arm and extending her right in a gesture of hope and freedom. Surrounding her are the inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the year of issue 2019. The reverse design by John Mercanti presents a stately heraldic eagle with shield, arrows, and olive branch, framed by the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ. FINE SILVER -ONE DOLLAR, and the West Point "W" mintmark beneath the tail feathers. Housed in a graded NGC slab for further preservation and authentication. Slab measures: 2.25"L x 0.25"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 40.6 mm.
