This 2018-S American Silver Eagle one-dollar proof coin, struck at the San Francisco Mint from one troy ounce of .999 fine silver, is graded PR70 Deep Cameo (DCAM) by the Professional Coin Grading Service. Designated as a "First Day of Issue" example and labeled "Philadelphia ANA". The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's timeless Walking Liberty design, depicting Liberty advancing toward the dawn with flowing drapery and carrying laurel and oak branches symbolizing peace and strength, and is encircled with LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the year below. The reverse, conceived by John M. Mercanti, displays a heraldic eagle with shield, olive branch, and arrows beneath thirteen stars representing the original colonies. It is surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 oz. FINE SILVER - ONE DOLLAR, and finished with the mint mark "S" to signify its origin. Encapsulated and certified by PCGS for authenticity and preservation.
