All registered bidders may bid on auction lot items in advance or during live online auction sessions. Hub City Coins Auctions reserves the right to decline buyer bids at any time or refuse or withdraw any bid deemed suspicious or unfaithful without notice or reason. Hub City Coins Auctions IS NOT responsible for bidder errors. The highest bid as recognized by Hub City Coins Auctions is deemed the purchaser and the bidder accept and agrees to our Payment Policy.
Bid increments are determined of the Auctioneers discretion. Auctioneer reserves the right to modify bid increments per Auction Session as required.
Auctioneer reserves the right to request a minimum deposit of %25 of any successful auction lot bid when required at any time during the auction.
All starting auction lot bids will Open at approximately %10 above the highest advance bid or %50 of Estimate or set a Reserve Price or call for opening bids when possible. Hub City Coins Auctions reserves the right to refuse a bid submitted below auction lot starting price.
In the event of "Identical Bids", the Auctioneer will give the winning bid to the first bid received. In the event of "Identical Bids" received by both Floor and Online Bidders, the Auctioneer will accept a Floor Bid priority.
Invoices:
Hub City Coins Auctions will issue Bidder Invoice within 24 hours following the auction. Appropriate fees and/or taxes will be calculated and adjusted on the Bidder Invoice. Hub City Coins Auctions offers %2 Payment Discounts for E-Mail Money Transfer Payments Only. Discount will be adjusted by Hub City Coins Auction before accepting payment. Hub City Coins Auctions will review and modify invoices only when required. Any Bidder Self-Made invoice adjustment is strictly prohibited and payment will not be accepted. All invoice amendments is to be made at the auctioneer discretion and payment is expected within 48 hours upon receiving your invoice.
