2017 American Silver Eagle Type 1 Dollar certified by NGC with a perfect MS 70 grade and First Day of Issue designation. The obverse features the classic Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman, depicting Liberty in full stride, draped in the American flag, with her right arm extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left arm. The rising sun and flowing gown are set in detailed relief. The reverse depicts the heraldic eagle with shield, designed by John Mercanti, showcasing the United States Coat of Arms with an eagle clutching arrows and an olive branch, a banner with the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM in its beak, and thirteen stars above representing the original colonies. Composed of .999 fine silver, the coin contains 1 troy ounce of silver. Encapsulated in an official NGC holder with tamper-evident seal, the label confirms its First Day of Issue and MS 70 Mint State certification. Slab: 2.25"L x 0.5"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 39mm.
