2017 one-ounce American Silver Eagle dollar coin struck in .999 fine silver and graded MS 70 by NGC, denoting a flawless Mint State example. Labeled "First Day of Issue." The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's celebrated Walking Liberty design, with Liberty draped in the American flag and striding toward the dawn of a new day, her right arm outstretched and a bouquet of oak and laurel branches in her left. The face, inscribed with LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the year 2017. The reverse showcases John Mercanti's heraldic eagle with shield motif, clutching arrows and an olive branch beneath a field of thirteen stars, surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ. FINE SILVER - ONE DOLLAR. Housed in a graded NGC slab for further preservation and authentication. Slab measures: 2.25"L x 0.25"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 40.6 mm.
